We have three presses in our South East printing studio - two, five and six colour machines - which means we are well equipped to meet the challenges of modern business printing for our South East customers. These modern, high tech printing presses have sophisticated colour control tools which help us produce high quality litho printing. The settings and profiles for each job are created by our imposition software at the repro stage. These settings are transferred digitally to the press which is then set up to meet the specific printing needs of each individual job. Hi-tech equipment goes hand in hand with the skills and attention to detail of the operator. Experienced machine minders take a craftsman approach, giving personal care and attention to ensure every litho printing job is finished to the highest quality.

Environmental Litho Printing South East

Soya based litho printing inks are used as standard on every job we print.

Waste paper, out of date stock and off-cuts are all recycled. We send this to a local centre in Kent for reprocessing. The resulting material is made into tissues and hygiene products as well as recycled paper.

Used plates and chemicals are all stored separately and collected by appropriate waste management companies for recycling and environmental disposal.

We use refilled toner cartridges on our digital proofing machine and return used cartridges for refilling.

Offer sustainable options on certain finishes such as biodegradable laminates, both gloss and matt.

Transport our products with due regard to environmental considerations.

We are also ideally set up for A5 size listings, What’s On guides and membership magazines for associations. Quality Print Finishing South East

With guillotines and folding equipment we can handle most of our print finishing work in-house. This enables us to maintain quality control throughout the entire production process and to produce consistently impressive print finishing. Our team of experienced hand print finishers are available to provide the final stage in the litho printing process and collate packs, make up folders or insert items into envelopes if required.
